Depends on the system. Most probably will fit, as long as the V8
they're listed for is the 360 or 318. The 4.7L has a very different setup.
As far as making a difference, it really depends upon your driving style.

I don't recall seeing one from Ma Mopar. And the aftermarket is very
slim. Skip the JET chip.

Ported throttle body, cat-back (or at least a freer-flowing muffler),
air intake, fresh cap & rotor, fat, low-resistance spark plug wires, and
Autolite 3923 spark plugs. Also a 180 degree thermostat may help a
little bit.

I replaced mine with GE 9007HO bulbs (under &19 for a pair at Wal-Mart).
I don't have any experience with the "brighter, whiter" ones
personally. Just stay away from the blue ones.
