For a/c problems, personally, I have learned to go to an aftermarket a/c. A
shop that does nothing but auto a/c. They specialize in it and get it
right. Just my experience of course.

Garry - Why not contact Chrysler Corporate and ask to talk to their Rep for
your area. Ask him if Chrysler will step in and absorb part of the cost and
review the Dealers business practices which do not enhance Daimler-Chrysler
