business is business, and all business cares about is making money. if you
think they truly care about you at all and what kind of lubrication you use,
you have some grandiose opinion of yourself. what they are really caring
about is what kind of contract they have with another company, how cheap
they can get the job done and the best way to get the most money in their
pockets.
