The bolts will stretch and you need to torque them down properly (intake
leaks occur when the bolts aren't tightened down).

If you did it more than 7-8 times...you should be fine.

The torque spec is only 12 in-lbs (surprisingly low), and the bolts look
like they are 9/32" diameter, so I don't think they are going to stretch
too much. The gaskets compress quite a bit. I went around until none
of the bolts tightened anymore, it did take quite a few times.
