Fixing vibrations in any vehicle can be more difficult than finding a
cure for cancer. You've already, from what you've written, done many things and
no doubt spent considerably in the failed attempts thus far. There are many
used Dakotas on the market none of which have this insidious vibration. Why
not stop where are you are, put this back on the market and find a good running
truck on your next try?
