Around here, temperature is irrelevant. The oxygenating (MTBE) is driven by
date.

Since the original poster has chimed in yet on your responses, I will do it
for him. He did mention the temp has been in the low 100's. SO even though
all this talk about MTBE and tire pressure is great convo, I don't think it
is the problem he is having. :)
