She probably has a better chance of getting hit by a jumbo jet than a
Hummer, but really better by an 18 wheeler, there are no bumpers that could
match those. Best thing, just get her as safe a car as she can.

But doesn't it seem like common sense to dictate that all bumpers must be
approx. 5-6" in width, and fall within a 3-5" range of each other? To

that the meet in the event of an accident...

I mean, a guy in a Honda like that, which I presume is legal, would be
killed
if he were hit by a Ram like that, which also presume is legal...

I know the object of the game is to have the bigger vehicle, but considering
how many new H2's are sold each year, I'm getting really nervous for my mom

her Taurus!
