no it isn't, unless you order a QuadCab with the 5.9L. however, this isn't
an R/T, and it is a 99, thus a QC wasn't even possible. however, they might
have put an engine and transmission transplant when they did the rest of the
conversion. someone e-mail him to find out.

The interior thing is definitely odd... But it was possible to order
the 5.9 on a non-R/T truck.
