Most shops can turn them with the standard brake lathes. HOWEVER, they
should not grind down more than .010" at a time...preferably .005" each run.
I just redid mine a few months ago on the brake lathe at the dealership.

Funny you mentioned that, My Raybesto pads are due for a change, and
PowerSlot rotors turned. They were installed on July, 7 2000 and 25760 miles
ago. Its the driver side, outside pad that is the worst of them all.

Can any shop turn the PowerSlot rotors? If not who can?
