If F is in your VIN:

Monitor run conditions (Enable criteria).
   1. Good crank sensor present
   2. Engine cranks.

That checks out as your truck is running fine :-)

Why was code set?
   The Task Master, ah make that Manager, detected no camshaft peak to peak
   voltage signals present for at least 4 seconds.

With other letters than F, the number of seconds varies.

What to look for?
   Closely inspect harness and connector for signs of trouble. Measure
   sensor for proper resistance value (whatever that may be :-p )

Drats!!!! I was hoping that it was going to say "chuck the 5-speed" :-)
