I took a look at the front differential with the thought of changing it sometime in the future but it looked pretty tight to get in there. Has anybody had any experience doing the front and were any special tools required. Also the transfer case looks fairly easy any experience with that. I have a 2K CC 4x4 with a 4.7 5 speed.

I switched to Redline just a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I
haven't had any time (work, school... why must they consume my life?!)
so I had it done. When I thought I might have time, I was definitely
going to do the rear myself because it's so easy to get to. I had
doubts about the front. The only part that looks like a real pain to
me is actually getting the fluid in there, since there's only about 6"
of space in front of the fill plug.

The transfer case is definitely easy -- total piece of cake, really.
Pull the drain plug (bottom plug), let it drain out, put the plug back
in, fill through the top hole...

When I change mine next (not for another 12000 miles.. not sure if
I'll wait that long or not, since that will be well over a year), I'm
going to switch to the Redline C+ (I hate that name...) fluid because
it's the Mopar 7176 spec. fluid which is recommended in my 2000 FSM.
