: Exactly what I have been thinking. The front end just doesn't have the
: muscular truck look to it at all anymore. The side kind of is ok until
: the seem at the front fender. Goes downhill form there. For one thing
: the grill is in odd proportion to the body, Too tall and flat with the
: hexagon the Kyle mentioned. The headlights sweep way too far back into
: the fender at the top. A little would have been ok but the way they did
: it, again, looks out of proportion. I hope the update to the body in a
: couple of years fixes it.

I just saw a Durango commercial the other day and I agree,
its not what I would call a flattering shape! Lets just hope
the Dak gets a more favorable treatment when its up for a
redesign!

Speaking of the Durango commercial, it was pretty funny,
the one with the family and the little kid, the mother is
showing him all the foo-foo items on the truck, the Dad
pops the hood and points to the engine, says something
along the lines of "Here is all you need to know: HEMI!
Can you say HEMI?" :-)

One thing that I noticed during the commercial though was that
the engine is crammed WAY back in the engine bay, I sure wouldn't
want to have to work on one of those if I could avoid it! Looked
sort've like the engine bay of a van, but without the benefit of a
hump you can remove in the driver's compartment to get to the rear
of the engine...
