I would think that you would need drag tires to handle the heavy duty
torque your truck is putting out. Maybe Nitto NT-555R Extreme Drag
Radial Tire of equivalent size if money is no factor. If money is a factor,
look at MTs or Hoosiers. I use BFG drag radials mainly because my
tranny will have wot shift problems with tires needing a long burnout
to get sticky. Unless track conditions are really slick, the BFGs hook
well with just a spin to clean off debris.

I would also suggest rear adjustable shocks to really plant the tires into
the ground (want the compression stroke to be really stiff) when the weight
transfers on the launch. HTH.
