The invoice and package have the same part numbers; maybe the wrong part was in the package.
I've thought the strap might be for a Ram -- maybe I should give it to my bro for Xmas (he's got
a nice Ram 4x4).
Unfortunately, I can confirm that wire rope does lurk under the rubberized coating.
