   That's a "yes" on both counts. It folds too, so it shouldn't
be too difficult to transport it, even under your cap. Only
problem though is that for some reason, the wheels out on the
ends of the arms were welded parallel to the arms instead of
parallel to the path of motion if one were to push it. (So,
the wheels are toed out.) The problem with that is if you put
any weight on it and try to push it, it doesn't move - you
have to sort've drag it across the floor. :-) I've been meaning
to fix that though, maybe this is the impetus I need to do that. :-)
Shouldn't be too hard, just need to whack the wheels off with the
plasma cutter then re-weld them and hit it with a little spray
paint to fend off mother nature; hopefully a half-hour or so job.
The trick is getting around to actually starting it! ;-)

  Anyway, you're welcome to borrow it; if you are planning on
doing so, just let me know and I'll bump up the priority of
that modification on the ol' to-do list. :-)
