What he did isn't legal. They have to have a reason and an RO for that.

I happen to know that the local DC Rep that handles this stuff frequents the
dragstrip I do during the Summer........
He's Blackflagged several Ram's and Dakota's in the area after recording the
VIN in the pits and staging lanes......;)
