:-) It's debatable, I guess. I've noticed the difference up here. I've
gotten used to seeing most vehicles with DRLs on whenever they're in
motion. Older vehicles or visitors from the US without their lights on
definitely aren't as visible.
I guess it depends on how badly you want to be seen.
Just a couple of small differences between DRLs and just turning your
lights on: DRLs don't run at full intensity, and you don't have to
remember to turn them on and off all the time.
