Oh, well, that was the only reason I could think of why anyone would want
to disable daytime running lights. I'm not even aware they're there
anymore on our trucks, so they clearly don't bother me.

Others have said that they just hate them, for no apparent reason. I
guess there will always be luddites out there who fear change out of
general principle (just kidding guys :-).
