Sounds like your Fuel pump is the issue or possibly the filter. It's
all located in the gas tank. If you feel comfortable doing so you can
try to run the tank down as far as possible then drop the tank. I
replaced the fuel pump in my 1994 Dakota wasn't too bad but it went bad
with a full tank and I had to siphon it out and give it all away.
