The said they had a newer style piston that was supposed to cure that
problem. But did say that is was caused by the design of the piston skirt.
He knew that much, but it was the fact that we brought it in at 32K with
piston slap; had it rebuilt just before 36K to get the new style pistons in
it.. and not @70K.. we can hear it again. We've got her car registered with
QS for 10yr 200K mile warranty.. can't wait to hear what they sound like by
then.
