/me grumbles something about Mike having never seen any of my code.
Purely JavaScript navigation is allowed by the standards, but heavily
discouraged by the accessibility/usability guidelines. JS to do your
navigation - bad. JS to enhance - good, as long as it's functional w/o
the JS.
