Aaron,
If my dakota wasn't my daily driver, I would probably attempt the work
myself. I don't think I would have a huge problem, but it would take some
time to do being my first time replacing these parts. Believe me, it took
me over a week to replace the timing chain in my truck after it failed for
the second time (no tensioner). I could do it MUCH faster now that I've
done it once, but I had to deal with all those "learn as you go" mistakes.
I don't have that kind of time anymore.
Thanks.

Josh Gen II 4X4 won't have a rack,.. it'll be a gearbox. For that list of
parts.. Aaron, I'd say you're just about rebuilding the entire front end.
Do it yourself.. one side at a time, and I'd say if you're taking it that
far apart.. You may as well put new busings in the front end while it's
apart, but that's just my opinion. While it's that far apart is as good a
time as any.
Aaron
