Best bet...stick with a modified factory (or billet) throttle body. The
2-BBL models all work well and have less problems than the 4-BBL TB's.
Flometrics or APS are among the top choices.

Subject: DML: Truck Mods

Hi All,

I have a question about some engine mods that I would like to do. I was
thinking about putting a four barrel carb on the truck, but I am not
sure
how to approach it. I have a throttle body two barrel carb on it now, as

I's sure you already know that. Anyway, dose anyone make a four barrel
throttle body carb? If so, will a manifold change be necessary? I have
always like the Edlebrock Performer carb and manifold set up, but do not

know if they offer something like that for a 98 Dakota with a 5.2. If I
go
that route, will everything bolt up, or will I have to do some
modifications?

Also, I am planning on replacing the motor at some point, going with a
crate 360, and wanted to know if the manifold will interchange with the
360?

Thanks

Brian
