2004 4.7L intake question

  Just wondering if there is anyone out there with a 2004
4.7L Dak (or access to one) who might be able to answer
a question for me? Someone who purchased an air intake
for their 2004 4.7L just e-mailed me and said that the
intake flange for the plenum on their truck is oval shaped,
not round. (That is, the part of the intake plenum that
the rubber flex tube from the air filter box connects to.) This
has been a round, 3.25" OD connection on all of the 4.7s I
have seen so far. I can't think of a good reason why Dodge
would have changed this but they have done stranger things,
I suppose! :-)

   Can anyone confirm if there were any changes in the
intake plenum box from 2003 to 2004?
