Code 15 is theVSS code. "No vehicle distance(speed) sensor signal detected
during road load conditions." However, I had just about the same crap as
you have, just last month. It ended up being the 3 month old OS. It had
shorted out and was returning a value so rich that the PCM could not
compensate. Check both those sensors. Mine is a '95 Sport, 3.9, AX15.
