There's something wrong w/ your truck. My '99 CC V8 4x4 never dropped
below 11 MPG for *any* reason. City, bad weather, what have you.
That said, it's a truck. A heavy truck. You won't get 30 MPG out of it
(unless you're Will in...Houston I think?). But that truck should have
little to no trouble getting 17 on the highway and 14 in the city.
