  I'm not sure about the oil drain plug, but I can tell you that
I found 18mm-1.5 plugs at my local Autozone. They had all sorts
of different plugs in a cabinet behind the counter. They were
about $5 each, IIRC. Anyway, maybe Canadian Tire would have
something like that?
