Was rather impressed with a product we installed at the dealership on a
customers vehicle.

O2 Simulator (does the same as the O2-SIMM from Caspers and
"KatBox")....for $25!! :)

They work on 92-2004 SBEC and JTEC PCM's (Sorry...no NGC support) and
are easy to install.
