Reduced under hood heat
Protects headers from rust

It costs money

Depends on the where, I'd guess about 150-200 a pair

A good local powder coater can probably do it. National chains like Jet Hot

I had Jet Hot do my USED manifolds for the 442 exhaust and intake in their
"cast" finish was about 300 for the 3 of them. They thermally degrease them
and bead blast them before they coat them.
