So would I be able to use one of the newer style airbag wheels, minus the
airbag? I've always liked the steering wheels on the '98-up trucks..and I
guess cars had them as well?

And the '84 Dodge truck comment makes me wonder if the install kit from my
'74 Dart would just work as-is. I know it didn't work on my '71 Duster.
