ok stupid question. jacking the motor.

ya knwo this may be a stupid question, or may be not so stupid.

i'm gonna replace both left and right motor mounts on Sunday. can anyone
tell me where on the engine block should the jack come in contact with it? i dont
want to break anything.

and second, should i disconnect anything? like the Y-pipe? or something
else before raising the motor like 1 1/2" or so.
