Thanks Bob! For posting the poutine info. It was invented by a chef in
Quebec as a meal for school children where he cooked who could not afford a
more costly meal. It is French Fries with gravey and cheese sauce mixture,
add some ketchup and vinegar if you want :-) It's spread across the
country like wild fire. Even New York Fries and Taco Bell sell it. Good
snack when sitting in a Dak sipping a beverage. Beats a cheese burger and
costs less, Full of Calories :-)
