I have one of those on my 01', and it doesn't do that.......at this point
I'd say the Belly pan gasket is the culprit.

If it's a V8 I'd swap the barrel manifold for a MP M-1 and do away with the
problem once and for all, if it's a V6 the Billet plate and new gasket is
your best option..

You might also check the exhaust manifold / header gaskets for a leak, that
could also do it.
