Tom,
Wrenchfest East has kicked into high gear also. The cross member I
designed to support the torsion bar anchors and to hang rear torque bars off
of is now in place. I made a wooded mock up and had a local welding shop,
whom my wife's company does alot of business with, fabricate one up in
steel. Here's a photo of the wooden mock up.

here's the completed cross member:

and on the truck:

I still have to drill and install a few more bolts. Just waiting on the
welding shop to finish up the nerf and torque bars before I install the last
of the bolts. I'm also waiting on a replacement cross member from
Trailmaster before I can install the main skid plate that runs between it
and the new cross member pictured.
The axle truss is installed:

as well as the rear hitch:

I still have to finish modifing the front receiver. Because of the body
lift, the front receiver hangs much lower than I would like. I found that
if I cut the ends and tabs off of it and flip it over, it'll fit exactly
where I want it. Because, I eventually will be using it to mount a receiver
mount winch, I'm goint to have the welding shop weld it directly to the
frame of the truck for added strength. I don't have any photos as yet but
will post them later.
Looking forward to the BBQ.
