I think the conduit you're referring to is the plastic wire loom on the
wires. The stock wires came with the wire loom on them, and if you buy a
set of Borg Warner or Bosch wires they will have them too.

I'm perfectly happy with my stock ignition setup.... Had too many coils go
bad when I ran my 300+ system. :(
