IIRC, the Honda Foreman 400 4x4 was rated the best in ATV Mag when it first
came out, only second to Polaris, until the next size up of course..
As for the 2wd style I dont pay much attention to them(Dont really serve me
any purpose), but do know that they are a hell of a lot faster in the equiv
cc range(imagine that a 4x4 v8 dak getting dusted by a 2wd v8 dak)... If I
had to choose in this market(2wd's), I would go with Yamahas as all of my
buddies that run 2wd ATVs like yamaha
