That's how I used to do it when I drove a wrecker. I would get motorclub
calls for flat tires and occationally the wheel didn't want to come off the
hub. I would put the lug nuts back on loosely and move the vehicle back and
forth while turning the wheel left & right. It would always pop in loose.
