Yes...just grab a holley ball-stud from your local auto parts store and then
cut/drill the disc off of the TB linkage. Then, install the ball-stud and
you're all set.

Subject: DML: I'm Back!! And a question about TB swapping

        Hi All,
Just got home from my vacation a few hours ago. Although I
missed being at the BBQ, I did have a good time visiting with friends in
northern California. I saw several nice Daks while I was out there and I
realized way too late I forgot to pack along some DML flyers. You can bet
your bottom dollar I'll be better prepared next time. I suspended my
subscription while I was gone so I've missed all the details of the
festivities. Anybody try to make another Dak submarine? Any unusual carnage?
I know if I'm able to attend next year I won't be able to go on any of the
trails ( I know, I know, but its only a 2WD!) . I did get a welcome email
from John Neff in Texas. He has shipped my V8 throttle body so now I'm
waiting for it to arrive. This brings me to my question. I seem to remember
that in order for a V8 TB to work on a V6, you need to change out the cable.
Is it possible to swap out the cable attachment point on the TB instead?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice,

Ray Irons
