Well prior to my truck being redone last year, I had no peeling, yet my
fathers '95 CC had peeling on the hood and cab. Mine since beeing redone
was wetsanded and fully clearcoated again to get the showroom finish back(at
my request, I know they body shop owner)

but the truck at taht time had about 145k on the body.
