Almost...need to remove the two Phillips screws under dash at the cluster.
The rest is the same.

It should be like the earlier 97-00 Daks.

1) parking brake on
2) shifter to "1"
3) work dash bezel off. pull at one corner, and work your fingers around to
release the pins that hold it to the dash
4) do whatcha gotta with the radio. 2-4 screws, and it should slide out
enough for access to the electrical connections at the back
