Looking at the picture of the Dak sitting on it's axle, I just had an
inspiration, I wonder how hard it would be to fab a grille off a full size
[new] RAM. I am thinking because it's so much longer, it ought to hang
down and cover the bulk of the radiator nicely. That dosen't answer the
question of a front bumper, but I like the trailready/roadarmor style. I
wonder if you completely did away with the front piece, and went with an
essentially flat hood, and then put a metal mesh grille on covering the
entire radiator. forgive the ascii art:
