Thats not that bad, looks like hes got about 8 inches or so of lift, and hes
not that short. My buddies '98 had 11 inches of lift sitting on 35's, he's
only 5'2"

Though the tires and rim setup don't look good for his setup. Definitely
needs bigger rims, 17" or more I would say.
