just wondering on this whole "rights" to use a picture of a Dodge vehicle.
What about web sites that have member's rides pics? Just about ANY
automotive website has a section like this, but I don't see any disclaimers
in their Terms of Service anywhere. It would seem counterproductive to me
for the manufacturer's to maintain that they have the right to keep these
pics off the internet (or out of a calendar). It's cheap advertising for
them!
