I'm in no way an expert engine builder but isn't compression ratio also
subject to the piston (flat, dished, domed, location of wrist pin , valve
releifs, etc.)?

Head Chamber CC and gasket thickness will determine compression ...specs
should read "compression = X with X CC heads. While the Mopar shortblocks
are prolly fine for a daily driver I have heard they are not suited for high
HP.
