Yes, I'm a big fan of that idea. IMHO, the stretch TJ is the true
successor to the XJ legacy: a useable (if a bit smallish) cargo area
combined with outstanding off-road ability. The regular TJ never had any
cargo space to speak of if you wanted to carry more than two people. The
longer wheelbase might hurt the breakover a bit, but on the plus side I
think it'll actually make it easier to lift due to drivetrain angles. (I
haven't read any field reports on lifting them yet, so I might be wrong on
that point.)

All they need to do is bring over the diesel from the Liberty and put it
in a stretch TJ and I'd be very interested. As long as I'm dreaming, they
can add on a Rubicon package for me as well :-).
