I was thinking of a mirror finish polish, then a clear powdercoat :). I
remember reading the post from the person that did it that it took a ton of
hours to do it because the cast was so rough, but the end result was awsome.

I've had Polished intakes before and they can be a real BEAR to maintain
correctly!, I've found that a Powdercoated or ceramachrome finish is much
easier to maintain and looks better longer....

KRC Performance, Jett Hott, and GS Motorsports all offer services that are
affordable and look GREAT!
