failed, it caused my brakes to drag and I ate up one of my powerslots.

I'm of the opinion that shocks should be replaced in four's, not pairs. I've

run Edelbrock IAS, Pro Comp ES9000, and Belltech Nitro Active (on a dropped
truck). All were decent. I'm about to try a set of Monroe Reflex on my
Ram.
