It's going to hide the winch (theft protection, salt/slush/mud protection) and have a receiver, hilift points, and shackle tabs. that's about all that's set in stone. holding air may be nice too, but I'm not sure if I'll bother with an engine-driven compressor, or even any tank that isn't just a tank in the bed....
