take it to another dealership. when i had a water leak on my truck, the
service rep looked at it, and just said, "we'll replace it."

i asked if they'd try cleaning it, and he responded, "why bother."

again, take it to another dealership.

I had the same issue with my 2001 CC. no matter what I did, I couldn't get
DC to cover carpet replacement... and I work at a stealership! Sh*t, I was
the guy who had to clean the carpets so DC didn't have to replace em'
(needless to say, I didn't try that hard). The dealership should have
shampooed the carpets and stuff... if they didn't, raise hell.

as far as your question, I don't know of any places that sell the carpets in
a kit.... =)
