Let me cast my vote hugely in favor of being near a lake of some kind. I'd
like to be able to participate in some kind of boating activity, or even just
lay around on the beach. Several years ago when I was working in Utah, my
company figured out pretty quickly that the most successful company picnics
were the ones that were held at lakes. We used to rent a boat and take
everyone out for water skiing. For the record, I suck at water skiing, but
it was still fun (I prefer driving the boat :-).
